Void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, outside the United States, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
These Official Rules apply to all HuntXHunt sweepstakes-style giveaways offered through https://huntxhunt.com. Each giveaway is a separate promotion, but all HuntXHunt giveaways are governed by these same Official Rules.
By entering a HuntXHunt giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the giveaway details published on the applicable HuntXHunt giveaway page, and the decisions of HUNTXHUNT DIGITAL INC, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify Inc., Instagram, Meta, Facebook, YouTube, Google, Apple, X/Twitter, any other social media platform, any payment provider, any prize manufacturer, any outfitter, or any destination partner unless HuntXHunt expressly states otherwise in writing.

## 2. Giveaway Details
For each giveaway, HuntXHunt will publish the applicable giveaway details on the Website before entries are accepted. Those published giveaway details are incorporated into these Official Rules.
Giveaway details may include:
- the giveaway title and giveaway number;
- the applicable hunt or giveaway page URL;
- the entry period and closing date/time;
- the ticket target or entry cap;
- the grand prize description;
- the approximate retail value of the prize;
- any included or excluded travel, lodging, meals, licenses, permits, taxes, fees, or other costs;
- any winner guest allowance;
- any required age, travel document, license, permit, waiver, safety, background, outfitter, or destination requirement;
- any instant-win prizes;
- the results or winner verification page; and
- any other material restrictions or prize conditions.
If there is a conflict between these Official Rules and the giveaway details published on the Website for a specific giveaway, the Website giveaway details control for that specific giveaway only. HuntXHunt's backend records, including payment timestamps, entry allocation records, ticket ranges, and sealed ledger records, control for operational questions.
## 3. Eligibility
Unless the applicable giveaway page states a higher minimum age, HuntXHunt giveaways are open only to legal residents of the United States, including the District of Columbia, excluding Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and any jurisdiction where prohibited or restricted by law, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, Sponsor's affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, service providers involved in administering the giveaway, prize providers, destination partners, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.
"Immediate family" includes spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, and each of their respective spouses, whether biological, adoptive, step, in-law, or household member.
Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, residence, account ownership, and eligibility. Failure to provide requested proof may result in disqualification.
## 4. Entry Period and Official Time
Each giveaway begins and ends at the dates and times published on the applicable HuntXHunt giveaway page. Unless HuntXHunt states otherwise on the Website, all giveaway times are Eastern Time.
Sponsor's computer systems are the official timekeeping devices for all giveaways.
For purchase entries, the associated order must be paid, with payment captured, on or before the applicable giveaway closing time. A backend reconciliation or finalization buffer after closing is not a grace period and does not extend the entry period.
## 5. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter a HuntXHunt giveaway:
1. by eligible purchase; or
2. by the no-purchase mail-in method.
### 5.1 Entry by Eligible Purchase
During the entry period for a giveaway, eligible entrants may receive entries by placing a qualifying paid order at https://huntxhunt.com.
To qualify for purchase entries:
- the order must be placed through HuntXHunt's Shopify Online Store checkout at https://huntxhunt.com;
- the order must be paid, with payment captured, on or before the applicable giveaway closing time;
- the order must be associated with a valid customer account or identifiable customer email;
- the order must be in U.S. dollars;
- the order must include one or more HuntXHunt-designated entry-earning products assigned to the applicable giveaway;
- entry-earning product prices must be whole-dollar prices; and
- no product-level discount may be applied to entry-earning products. Shipping-only discounts are allowed and do not increase or reduce entries.
Orders from non-online-store channels, manual orders, draft orders, unpaid orders, orders missing a valid customer identity, orders missing required giveaway attribution, non-USD orders, and orders that violate checkout rules may receive no entries and may be flagged for Sponsor review.
Purchase entries are awarded only for Sponsor-designated entry-earning products. Taxes, shipping, duties, tips, fees, gift cards, deposits, non-entry products, and other non-entry amounts do not earn entries.
### 5.2 Alternate Method of Entry, No Purchase Necessary
To enter without making a purchase, handwrite an entry request on a plain 3 in x 5 in card or similarly sized paper. The request must include:
- the HuntXHunt giveaway title or giveaway number you want to enter;
- your full legal name;
- your date of birth;
- your complete mailing address;
- your email address;
- your phone number; and
- the statement: "I request no-purchase entries for the HuntXHunt giveaway identified on this card."
Mail the completed card in a properly stamped, hand-addressed envelope to:

Each valid mail-in request earns **300 entries** for the identified giveaway.
Mail-in requests must be received by Sponsor before the applicable giveaway closes. Postmark alone is not proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.
Limit one mail-in request per outer envelope. Each request must be mailed separately. Mechanically reproduced requests, photocopied requests, bulk shipments, automated entries, entries submitted through sweepstakes entry services, and entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, or otherwise non-compliant are void.
Valid mail-in entries are eligible for the grand prize and, once processed into the applicable giveaway's ticket ledger, are eligible for instant-win prizes on the same basis as purchase entries.
Sponsor will not acknowledge or return mail-in entries.
## 6. Entry Calculation for Eligible Purchases
HuntXHunt uses a deterministic entry calculation method. Website displays, cart estimates, checkout previews, email summaries, customer account pages, and public pages are intended to match the backend calculation, but Sponsor's backend allocation records control if there is a discrepancy.
### 6.1 Product Multipliers
HuntXHunt-designated entry-earning products are assigned fixed multipliers:
- single merchandise products: **1x**;
- physical bundle products: **2x**; and
- entry-eligible digital packs: **3x**.
Digital packs are HuntXHunt exclusive wallpaper packages. Entry-eligible digital tiers are fixed at **$100, $200, $300, $500, and $1000**. Only one entry-eligible digital tier may be in a cart at a time, and quantity is capped at one. Upgrading to a higher digital tier replaces the current digital tier rather than stacking multiple digital tiers.
### 6.2 Base Entries
For each giveaway represented in an eligible purchase, base entries are calculated as:
`base_entries = sum(price_in_whole_USD x quantity x product_multiplier)`
Only entry-earning products assigned to that giveaway are included in the calculation.
### 6.3 Cart-Value Boost
A cart-value boost may be applied to each giveaway's eligible subtotal. The eligible subtotal includes entry-earning products assigned to that giveaway, before taxes and shipping.
The boost ladder is:
- eligible subtotal below $199: **1.00x**;
- eligible subtotal from $199 to less than $299: **1.25x**;
- eligible subtotal from $299 to less than $499: **1.50x**;
- eligible subtotal from $499 to less than $999: **2.00x**; and
- eligible subtotal of $999 or more: **2.25x**.
### 6.4 Total Purchase Entries
Total purchase entries for a giveaway are calculated as:
`total_entries = floor(base_entries x boost_multiplier)`
Rounding occurs only once, at the final per-giveaway total. If a single order includes entry-earning products assigned to more than one giveaway, entries are calculated and allocated separately for each giveaway.
## 7. Ticket Allocation, Ticket Targets, and Oversell Handling
Each giveaway has a configured ticket target or entry cap published on the Website. The ticket target is used by Sponsor's checkout validation system to stop new entry-earning checkout attempts when the giveaway closes, sells out, or is otherwise locked.
Tickets are allocated sequentially for each giveaway starting at 1. A ticket number is never deleted, reused, or renumbered.
Because multiple valid orders can pass checkout at nearly the same time, the final number of allocated tickets may exceed the published ticket target. If that happens, Sponsor will honor otherwise eligible orders that validly passed the checkout gate, allocate tickets sequentially beyond the published target, and use the final sealed ticket high-water mark as the ticket count for the grand prize drawing.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and allocated for the applicable giveaway.
## 8. Instant Wins
A giveaway may include instant-win prizes if HuntXHunt publishes instant-win prizes for that giveaway on the Website.
Instant-win ticket numbers are preconfigured by Sponsor before the giveaway becomes active. Once the giveaway is active, the winning ticket numbers for instant-win slots are frozen. Sponsor may update public prize descriptions, labels, or images while the giveaway is active, but the underlying instant-win ticket numbers do not change after activation.
When a paid order or processed mail-in request receives a ticket range that contains an instant-win ticket number, the corresponding instant-win prize is awarded to that entrant, subject to eligibility verification and these Official Rules. If one ticket range contains more than one instant-win ticket number, that order or mail-in request may win more than one instant-win prize.
Instant-win winners may be shown a result on the order status page, thank-you page, account page, or another HuntXHunt page and may receive a separate transactional email from Sponsor. Failure of an email or display message to arrive does not affect the actual award record in Sponsor's systems.
Winning an instant-win prize does not remove the entrant's tickets from the grand prize drawing and does not improve or reduce the entrant's chance of winning the grand prize.
## 9. Returns, Cancellations, Refunds, Chargebacks, and Fraud
All sales are final to the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to Sponsor's posted Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
If an order is canceled, refunded, partially refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, found fraudulent, or otherwise invalid, Sponsor may forfeit all entries associated with that order across all giveaways. Forfeited entries are not deleted or renumbered, and ticket numbers are not returned to the available pool.
Any refund, cancellation, chargeback, or dispute may also affect prize eligibility. If a mathematically selected grand prize ticket or instant-win ticket belongs to a forfeited, disputed, refunded, or otherwise ineligible order, Sponsor may disqualify the potential winner and select or confirm an alternate winner in a manner Sponsor determines is fair and consistent with these Official Rules.
Fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- purchasing products to obtain entries with the intent to cancel, refund, reverse, or dispute the purchase;
- using false, incomplete, misleading, or unverifiable information;
- using automated scripts, bots, entry services, or bulk-entry methods;
- attempting to manipulate checkout, ticket allocation, mail-in entry processing, instant-win allocation, or winner selection;
- creating multiple accounts to evade rules or limits;
- tampering with the Website, app, checkout, public ledger, or results process; or
- otherwise undermining the legitimate operation of a giveaway.
Sponsor may disqualify entrants, void entries, refuse prizes, block future participation, and pursue all available remedies against any person suspected of fraud, abuse, tampering, or violation of these Official Rules.
## 10. Grand Prize Winner Selection - Bitcoin Fairness Method
After a giveaway closes, sells out, or is manually closed, Sponsor performs a final reconciliation process, seals the giveaway's entry list, and selects the grand prize winner using a future Bitcoin block hash.
The process is:
1. **Close and reconcile.** Sponsor stops new entry-earning checkout attempts, reconciles eligible paid orders and valid mail-in entries received before closing, and finalizes the giveaway's ticket list.
2. **Seal the Glass Ledger.** Sponsor creates a final Glass Ledger for the giveaway and computes a SHA-256 digital seal for the exact file.
3. **Set the target block.** Sponsor identifies a future Bitcoin block height after sealing. HuntXHunt's backend default is the current Bitcoin block height plus three blocks.
4. **Retrieve the block hash.** Once the target block is mined, Sponsor retrieves the block hash from public Bitcoin data sources.
5. **Calculate the winning ticket.** Sponsor converts the block hash from hexadecimal to a decimal integer and calculates:
`winning_ticket = (hash_decimal mod N) + 1`
where `N` is the sealed ticket high-water mark for the giveaway.
6. **Map ticket to entrant.** The entry associated with the winning ticket is the potential grand prize winner, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules.
Sponsor may publish the Glass Ledger, SHA-256 seal, sealed ticket count, target block height, target block hash, winning ticket, and related fairness information at https://huntxhunt.com/pages/results or another Sponsor-designated results page.
If the Bitcoin network is delayed or temporarily unavailable, Sponsor will wait for the target block to be mined. If public Bitcoin data providers disagree or are unavailable, Sponsor may delay final result publication until the data can be verified. Once Sponsor records the target block hash and computes the winning ticket, the result is intended to be final and will not be rerun because of later Bitcoin chain reorganizations.
## 11. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners will be contacted using the contact information associated with the winning entry, which may include the email address, phone number, mailing address, or customer account information provided at checkout or by mail-in entry.
Potential winners must respond within **three business days** after Sponsor sends the first winner notification. Sponsor may extend this deadline in its sole discretion.
Sponsor may require a potential winner to complete and return eligibility, liability, publicity, tax, travel, license, background, safety, or other documentation reasonably required to verify eligibility and fulfill the prize.
If a potential winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, fails verification, refuses or fails to complete required documents, is ineligible, is disqualified, cannot accept the prize, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify the potential winner and select or confirm an alternate winner in a manner Sponsor determines is fair and consistent with these Official Rules.
HuntXHunt will never ask a winner to provide a credit card, bank payment, gift card, cryptocurrency payment, wire transfer, or other payment as a condition of claiming a prize. Winners may be required to provide tax forms or identity documentation where legally required.
## 12. Prize Conditions
Prize details, number of winners, approximate retail value, travel details, restrictions, and guest details are published on the Website for each giveaway.
Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, except any warranty provided by a manufacturer or prize provider. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Unless HuntXHunt expressly states otherwise in the published giveaway details, all expenses and requirements associated with accepting or using a prize are the winner's responsibility, including taxes, travel documents, passports, visas, transportation, lodging, meals, incidentals, gratuities, insurance, licenses, permits, outfitter requirements, firearm or equipment requirements, safety training, background checks, waivers, medical requirements, and compliance with applicable laws.
If a prize includes hunting, shooting, fishing, travel, outdoor recreation, international travel, or other regulated or higher-risk activities, the winner and any guests must satisfy all legal, safety, destination, outfitter, and Sponsor requirements. Sponsor may require winner and guests to sign releases and waivers. Failure by the winner or any guest to satisfy those requirements may result in forfeiture of all or part of the prize.
The difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value, if any, will not be awarded.
## 13. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and other taxes, fees, and costs associated with prize acceptance or use. Sponsor may issue tax forms, including IRS Form 1099 or other required forms, where required by law.
## 14. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use the winner's name, city and state, likeness, voice, biographical information, prize information, photographs, video, and statements for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.
## 15. Public Transparency and Privacy
HuntXHunt uses public transparency features so entrants can verify ticket allocation and winner selection.
By entering a giveaway, you acknowledge that Sponsor may publish or make publicly available giveaway-related information, including:
- ticket ranges;
- paid-at or processed timestamps;
- entrant names;
- order references or mail-in entry references;
- the Glass Ledger;
- the SHA-256 digital seal;
- Bitcoin target block information;
- the mathematically selected winning ticket; and
- winner information, subject to verification and applicable law.
Public transparency records may remain available indefinitely and may be copied, indexed, downloaded, or redistributed by third parties. Sponsor's privacy practices are described at https://huntxhunt.com/policies/privacy-policy.
## 16. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, by participating in a giveaway, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, Sponsor's affiliates, prize providers, social media platforms, Shopify Inc., payment processors, advertising and promotion agencies, service providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claim, liability, injury, death, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in a giveaway, entry processing, ticket allocation, winner selection, prize acceptance, prize use or misuse, travel, outdoor activities, hunting, shooting, fishing, publicity rights, defamation, privacy, or any error or failure in giveaway administration.
Released parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, undeliverable, stolen, damaged, postage-due, garbled, or illegible entries; technical failures; internet, hosting, database, blockchain, email, payment, Shopify, carrier, or communications failures; unauthorized human intervention; errors in advertising, rules, entry processing, ticket allocation, display, or winner notification; or any event beyond their reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrant's remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs of entering the giveaway, and released parties will not be liable for punitive, consequential, incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, multiplied, or attorney-fee damages.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
## 17. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate a giveaway, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, human error, force majeure, public health events, supply issues, blockchain network disruption, legal restrictions, or any other factor impairs or threatens to impair the integrity, security, fairness, or proper operation of the giveaway.
If a giveaway is canceled, suspended, modified, or terminated, Sponsor may award prizes from among eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action, or in another manner Sponsor determines is fair and consistent with these Official Rules.
Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not waive that provision.
Any attempt to deliberately damage the Website, interfere with the app, manipulate checkout, alter ticket allocation, attack public transparency artifacts, or undermine the legitimate operation of a giveaway may violate civil and criminal laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
## 18. Disputes
Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules or a giveaway are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules.
Except where prohibited by law, entrant agrees that:
- disputes will be resolved individually and not as a class, collective, representative, or private attorney general action;
- any proceeding will take place only in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada;
- claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the giveaway; and
- entrant waives any right to punitive, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, multiplied, or attorney-fee damages, and any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief except where such waiver is prohibited by law.
## 19. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect and will be interpreted as closely as possible to the original intent.
## 20. Winners List
After a giveaway winner is verified, Sponsor may publish the winner on https://huntxhunt.com/pages/results.
To request the name of a verified winner, send a request identifying the giveaway to notifications@huntxhunt.com within 90 days after the winner is verified, unless a different period is required by law.
